I joined Ramp in November 2021, 3 months after a fundraising round that valued the company at $3.9bn. I was hired on the Growth team, with the mandate of growing the comapny in ways we hadn’t thought to before. As we solidified our team structure, I found my place on the nascent ‘Innovation’ pod, chartered to work crossfunctionally to scale in a cost efficient manner.

As of November 2022, I’ve worked with our Growth Acquisitions and Growth Product/Core teams on the following surface areas (not comprehensive):

- paid ad campaigns (Direct Mail, TikTok, Reddit)
- website initatives (CRO, sales-driven chatbot, brand refresh)
- lifecycle marketing (personalization, copy)
