Second growth hire leveraging engineering to power marketing, sales, and deployments.
- Built and owned BasePowerCompany.com end-to-end — design, engineering, sign-up funnel, and conversion optimization
- Built early data infrastructure: stood up dbt, a BI tool, and developed models for market penetration, targeting, and ROAS
- Scaled direct mail from zero to 250K+ mailers/mo — one of the highest-efficiency acquisition channels; became #1 when paired with utility partnerships
- Reduced lead → customer time and cut support tickets 20%+ by eliminating permitting steps in coordination with deployments and legal
- Owned early Base × Lennar partnership from a marketing POV — campaigns, assets, and relationship management alongside BD
- Helped lead org-wide adoption of agentic coding, developed processes and policies, led learning sessions, hackathons
Finance automation platform helping businesses spend smarter.
One of first growth hires focused on product—conversion, onboarding, verticalization, and channel partnerships.
- Revamped the financing application and signup funnel for thousands of weekly signups (partnered with Risk for underwriting; Sales for lead routing)
- Partnered with data to define and measure “perfect onboarding,” informing product sequencing and lifecycle triggers
- Led product work for accounting and private equity channels, including the first PE-specific Ramp feature
- Partnered with eng/design to launch vertical products like the Ramp Fleet Card (drives $XXmm in incremental monthly card spend)
- Joined at ~150 employees and ~5k customers; left at ~900 employees and ~25k customers. Company valuation grew from $3B to $13.1B over my tenure.

Wildfire prevention startup leveraging geospatial data and ML.
First operator managing internal systems, people/talent, and fundraise ops.
- Built company operations from zero—AP/AR, legal, payroll, benefits, and PEO setup
- Led technical recruiting end-to-end; sourced and hired early engineering talent
- Managed early investor relations and diligence for $650k pre-seed and $2M+ seed raises
- Supported SDR work: sourcing and coordinating calls with agency and utility contacts
