I build systems and make them run faster.

Base Power Company
Growth
Austin, TX · 2024 → 2026
Energy · Consumer / Government / Enterprise

Energy startup building the foundation of American power through a fleet of distributed residential batteries.

Second growth hire. Owned the revenue systems and helped bring the brand to life.

  • Owned basepowercompany.com end to end. What we said, how we said it, how it looked — and the funnel logic and routing that turned visits into pipeline.
  • Helped set the voice as the company went multi-product and multi-state. Homebuilder partnerships, utility launches, a new product line: the site carried all of it.
  • Scaled direct mail from 0 → 250K+ mailers a month. Became the #1 channel for utility partnerships.
  • Built the home database the company ran on — where to expand, who to mail, what a home was worth. Marketing, deployments, trading, and finance all pulled from it.
  • Launched the member testimonials program — sourced members, produced 7 short films now live across the site and lifecycle.

FinTech · Enterprise

Finance automation platform helping businesses spend smarter.

One of the first product-focused growth hires. Grew inbound and conversion, then built for accounting, PE, and fleets.

  • Owned the inbound growth number — onboarding, lead routing and scoring, the financing application, and ramp.com as the front end. Stood up conversion rate optimization from scratch and owned the metric.
  • Product manager for the accounting channel — the firms that referred us clients. Owned partnerships, worked conferences, and advanced the Advisor Console.
  • Scaled it into private equity — built the first tool for cross-portfolio spend visibility, so PE firms could see spend across every company they owned.
  • Built and marketed the Ramp Fleet Card as product-led growth — a product built to sell itself.

San Francisco, CA · 2020 → 2021
Climate · Government / Enterprise · shut down

Wildfire prevention startup leveraging geospatial data and ML.

First operator. Ran the back office, hired the early team, kept the fundraise moving.

  • Built company operations from zero: AP/AR, legal, payroll, benefits, PEO.
  • Ran technical recruiting: sourced, screened, and closed the early engineers.
  • Carried investor relations and diligence through a $650K pre-seed and a $2M+ seed.
